The Centralia wrestling team had an impressive showing this weekend, winning the 16 team Timberline Invite wrestling tournament.

The Tigers had several wrestlers do a great job this weekend. Preston Churchill is the Tiger of the Tournament for his dominating performance with Bye, Pin, Pin and 11 to 7 against a returning state placer, Nic Karis from Decatur.
Also, the Tigers JV boys, and girls varsity teams went down to the Emerald Ridge tournament. Rainey Pelzel won her weight class in her first ever wrestling tournament. She is the Tiger of the Tournament for that event.
